TERMS OF SERVICE

By engaging ContentEditingBoost for video editing services, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You retain full ownership of all raw footage provided to us.
• We retain the right to display finished edits in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
• Revisions are included as specified in your selected package. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
• Turnaround times begin from the moment we receive all required footage and project brief.
• We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values.

REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a delivered edit:

• We will revise the edit at no additional charge up to the number of revisions in your package.
• If after all included revisions you are still unsatisfied, we will offer a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after all revisions have been used and the project is considered complete.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of final delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY

ContentEditingBoost takes your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to complete your project — your name, email, footage files, and project brief. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Footage uploaded to shared drives is accessible only by your assigned editor and is deleted within 90 days of project completion unless you request otherwise.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon final payment, you own 100% of the finished edited video. ContentEditingBoost retains no rights to monetize or distribute your content without written permission. We may display your finished video in our portfolio — if you prefer confidentiality, let us know before starting your project and we will exclude it from all promotional materials.
