Billing & Commitment

  • All services are billed on a monthly retainer basis
  • Payment is required upfront before any work begins
  • Retainers reserve production time and priority placement
  • Plans renew monthly unless canceled
  • Cancellation requires 7 days notice before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds once work has started

Deliverables & Structure

  • Deliverables are based on the selected package
  • Content is distributed weekly to maintain consistency
  • Unused deliverables do not roll over to the next month
  • Extra videos must be purchased as add-ons
  • Monthly packages are designed for consistent output, not one-off edits

Content Responsibility

  • Client must provide all required assets before work begins
  • This includes raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, references, and instructions
  • Branding assets such as logos, fonts, and colors should be provided if needed
  • If a thumbnail is requested, a reference or example must be provided
  • If anything required is missing, the project is not considered ready to start

Clarity of Direction

  • Client must be specific with how they want the video edited
  • Instructions should include style, pacing, caption preference, and key requests
  • References help make the edit more accurate and reduce back-and-forth
  • Vague requests like “make it better” may cause delays or extra revisions
  • The more organized the client is, the faster and more accurate the edit will be

Turnaround & Workflow

  • Turnaround begins only after all required assets are received
  • Editing follows a structured weekly production schedule
  • Monthly clients are placed in a priority workflow queue
  • Delivery speed depends on content readiness, clear instructions, and response time
  • Missing assets, unclear notes, or delayed feedback may push delivery timelines

Revisions

  • Each video includes 1 revision
  • Revision notes must be clear and sent in one message
  • Scattered feedback across multiple messages may delay delivery
  • Revisions cover small changes, not a full change in direction
  • Additional revisions are billed separately

Re-Edits

  • A re-edit is a major change after the video has already been edited
  • This includes a new direction, new structure, different style, or major concept change
  • Short-form re-edits are $10 per video
  • Long-form re-edits are $25 per video
  • Clear instructions upfront help avoid unnecessary re-edits

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
  • Monthly retainers secure time, availability, and production capacity
  • Completed work will still be delivered if terms are met
  • Services may be paused if payment or required assets are missing
